A lot of these stories are hear say and exaggeration, i mean accidents can happen and likely it was a very rare occurrence something, like that would need a lot of force.
As far as I can remember, she fell into the shower and kind of snagged the piercing against the door as she was falling. But again, I read it in a magazine so I’m not saying it’s necessarily true!
